Priyanka Chopra has been constantly in news for her smoking controversy. Whether for holiday with husband Nick Jonas, or having the grandest birthday ever, the actress knew how to make headlines every single time. She however was making buzz recently for smoking cigarettes despite announcing to the world that she suffers from asthma.

Priyanka was trolled over a vacation photo post her birthday. In this photo, PeeCee, mom Madhu Chopra and Nick Jonas were caught smoking. While Nick and Madhu smoked cigar, Priyanka Chopra puffed cigarettes. The actress was reminded of her asthma after the image made rounds of the internet.

Royally ignoring the controversy, Priyanka posted an Instagram story thanking her fans for their birthday wishes. Nick Jonas had planned her birthday from the sratch, and she donned the sindoor like a boss at the party. Piggy Chops said the reason for her absence was taking 'a bit of a break from technology'.

Sorry I haven't responded earlier, was taking a bit of a break from technology... On the work front, Priyanka Chopra will next be seen in The Sky Is Pink. Directed by Shonali Bose, the movie will star Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim along with Priyanka. The movie marks Priyanka's comeback in Bollywood, while it will most probably be Zaira's last film.

Police have identified the nine people who were killed after a shooter fired dozens of rounds into a busy street in Dayton, Ohio, early Sunday morning. The people who died range in age from 22 to 57, and they include four women and five men. Police say the attacker, who was killed at the scene, is 24-year-old Connor Betts. They identified one of the victims as his 22-year-old sister, Megan Betts.
